Hannah Weber, MBA, MPH

Vice President, Strategy & Business Development & Co-Founder


Hannah Weber is a co-founder of HOPO Therapeutics and Vice President of Strategy & Business Development. Since joining the founding team in 2021, Hannah has managed the company’s strategic initiatives and team operations, ensuring alignment across scientific, regulatory, and business priorities. She oversees financial operations, including budgeting and resource allocation, and manages HOPO’s relationships with investors, key opinion leaders, and partners in academia, industry, and NGOs.

Hannah brings experience as a leader in L.E.K. Consulting’s Life Sciences practice in Boston, where she managed teams supporting growth strategies for pre-commercial biotech and global pharmaceutical companies. Her work included launch planning for novel therapeutics, forecasting and lifecycle management of therapeutic and diagnostic assets, and analysis to support M&A investment across the biopharma industry. She has also contributed to pharmaceutical policy analysis for both private and nonprofit organizations, providing expertise that informs HOPO’s approach to global health, access to medicines, and global strategic partnerships.

Hannah earned her B.S. in International Health from Georgetown University, an MBA from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, and an MPH from the UC Berkeley School of Public Health.
