Dr. Dmitry Zamoryakhin is a physician and clinical development executive with over 20 years of experience leading global programs in oncology, pediatrics, and rare diseases. Trained as an OB/GYN, he brings a unique perspective to drug development, having directed development in neuro-oncology, rare genetic disorders, and novel modalities including gene therapy and drug–device combinations.

He has held leadership roles at Biodexa Pharmaceuticals, Oxford Biomedica, Grünenthal, Daiichi Sankyo, advancing therapies from translational research through late-stage trials and regulatory submissions across the US, Europe, and Japan.

Through the consultancy Adnovate Clinical, Dmitry advises biopharma companies on strategy, trial design, and regulatory engagement. At HOPO Therapeutics, he serves as Clinical Development Consultant, supporting both the company’s medical countermeasure program toward NDA and its pediatric lead poisoning program.
