Courtney Vincent is an operations leader with a strong background in scaling life science startups. Her experience includes serving as Chief of Staff & Head of Operations at resistanceBio, where she built various operational functions from scratch; supporting Cerebral’s executive team during a period of rapid growth (from 50 to 1,000+ employees in about a year); and implementing business operations and culture initiatives at Plume.

Courtney holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and is a licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #130257). She also holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from UC San Diego Extended Studies. Her unique blend of clinical psychology training and startup experience brings a distinctive perspective to her work in operations and organizational development.
